House parties are a great way to meet or catch up with our candidates and electeds. Hear what they stand for, how to work to help get them elected and contribute to their campaigns. Last election we flipped two representative seats from red to blue - but now we have to make sure we keep good people in the Legislature as well as all other positions.
Rachel Prusak House Party Date: Saturday, July 11 Time: 1:00 pm Place: online on Zoom RSVP here to get sign-on instructions. This is going to be a hard fought election and contributions to help the campaign are welcome. If you cannot make it, contributions can be made online here.

Click on Neighbor Leader link to learn more. With the limitations on canvassing, we are developing new ways to reach out to our neighbors. We need hundreds of volunteers to reach out to Democratic neighbors in November to win up and down the ticket.
Note from our November 1 meeting - you can recycle styrofoam #6 at Agilyx which is located at 13240 SW Wall Street, Tigard, OR 97223. They are located just off Hunziker past the Potso Dog Park. There are two bins open 24 hours a day to leave styrofoam.
We had a great election in May - I hope everyone has relaxed a little. Now we can get reenergized with a couple of things:
Choose issues you wish to work on and follow them. When the legislature is in session get involved in lobby days, write to your legislator or testify at a hearing.
Keep in touch with those in your Neighborhood Leader turf. Find out what they care about and let them know what is going on in as we move through these difficult times.
